Construction authorization process.

All construction work or modifications must be approved by the Oversight Committee. Without this duly authorized form, construction cannot begin. If the required documentation is not provided, the Committee has the legal authority to demand the demolition of the structure. This process ensures compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and the architectural harmony of the development.
